Pastoral Care

The Pastoral Care Ministry at Blessed Teresa provides care and support to our parishioners in need.  Our team provides meals and visits to the home bound.

 Eucharistic Ministers bring the Eucharist to those who are unable to attend Mass.  If you have a short or long term need for meals, transportation, a friend to visit, or any other special need, we’re here to help.
